ÇERKEZKÖY ORGANIZED INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Automation

The construction works of Çerkezköy OIZ Energy SCADA, whose project works started in 2008 as Çerkezköy OIZ, started with the tender made in 2010. The transmission of Energy SCADA continues to contribute to the transmission of technology in the sector.

With the COIZ SCADA System;

  • Calculating instant data, load profile and capacitive reactive values , reporting and storing automatically from the SCADA system in the Electricity Distribution System have saved time and minimized workforce loss.

  • With the daily follow-up of Electric Reactive Penalties via the SCADA System and sending notification e-mails to our participants exceeding the penalty limits, our participants’ reactive consumptions are monitored, they are given time to intervene and our participants are prevented from paying extra fines.

  •

    Reading, reporting, and storing of daily and monthly consumption values previously made manually in the natural gas distribution system are done automatically from the SCADA system saves time and minimizes the loss of workforce.

  •

    Component values in Natural Gas Meters are updated automatically from the SCADA system.

  •

    Reading, reporting, and storing of daily and monthly consumption values previously made manually in the water distribution system are done automatically from the SCADA system saves time and minimizes the loss of workforce.

  •

    In the water distribution system, the operation and control of the booster system, pumping stations and wells, which are installed for the water supply to the companies, are provided.

  •

    Reading, reporting and storing the monthly consumption wastewater amounts, which were manually read from the wastewater flow meters of the participants, automatically from the SCADA system saves time and minimizes the loss of workforce.

  •

    Through the data obtained from the field, the malfunctions that may occur are detected and intervened in advance, and the number of electricity, water and natural gas malfunctions that our participants would be affected by are reduced.

  •

    In Natural Gas, Water, Electricity Distribution Systems, fault signals and fault situations, which are continuously monitored via SCADA, are immediately communicated to the teams, enabling rapid intervention to failures and reducing the downtime that our participants are affected by.

  •

    By ensuring that the pumps in the district water system are operated with the co-aging method through the automation system, more efficient and long-term operation of the pumps has been provided.

As a result of performing the specified systems and processes over SCADA, there has been a reduction in workforce, time, tools and equipment used, maintenance and repair costs, and as a result of this saving, electricity, water, natural gas and wastewater services provided by our participants from our Zone have been supplied at lower prices.

OSOS WEB Service;

  • With the Remote Meter Reading System built within the scope of the SCADA system, 15-minute consumption data of water, natural gas, waste water and electricity meters, which are the basis of invoicing, are recorded, enabling our Participants to quickly access retrospective consumption data and make cost calculations quickly.

  •

    For the data to be requested from COIZ Participants, a user name and password are formed for the requesting Participant and the requested data (Electricity, Water, Natural Gas) is provided to be shared online with official institutions swiftly.

  •

    Our Zone and Participants have been financially benefited by monitoring the water, natural gas, electricity losses and leaks in the region on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis with the reports created within the scope of the Remote Meter Reading System.

Fiber and Communication Infrastructure ;

Within the boundaries of the COIZ, 48 core fiber infrastructure has been established in the form of a Ring and with more than 70 distribution centers, and distributed to the Participants with 12 cores from distribution centers.

With fiber infrastructure ;

Communication between electricity, water and natural gas meters is provided with the SCADA System.
Data and internet services are provided to companies with fiber infrastructure.
